About Empty Space Junk Removal
Family-operated. Suwanee-based. Built around a simple idea: junk removal shouldn't be complicated.
A Local, Family-Operated Business
Empty Space Junk Removal is a family-operated junk removal company based in Suwanee, Georgia. We started this business to offer something simple: a straightforward, local alternative to calling a big national junk removal chain — one where you can text a photo and talk to a real person, not a call center.
We serve homeowners, renters, landlords, and businesses throughout Suwanee and the surrounding Gwinnett County area, handling everything from single-item pickups to full property cleanouts.
We're insured, and we treat every property — and every customer's belongings — with the same care we'd want in our own home.
What We Believe In
No hidden fees. You get a price after we see photos, and that's the price — not a number that grows once we show up.
No job too small. A single pickup-truck load, a couple of tires, a curb pick — we take jobs a lot of companies won't bother with.
Real communication. When you text us, you're texting the people actually doing the work, not a dispatch center.
