Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Empty Space Junk Removal ("we," "us," "our") to customers ("you," "your"). By booking, scheduling, or accepting service from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide junk removal, hauling, and property cleanout services, including but not limited to pickup-truck loads, trailer loads, and recurring service for property managers, within our service area: Suwanee, Buford, Sugar Hill, Lawrenceville, and Duluth, GA (Gwinnett County).
2. Estimates & Final Pricing
Estimates provided by phone, online, or in writing are based on the information you provide and are not guaranteed final prices. Final pricing is determined on-site once our crew can assess the actual volume, weight, and labor required, and may differ from any initial estimate. You will be informed of the final price before work begins whenever possible.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made in advance in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards. Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees and referral to collections.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or situations where our crew arrives and cannot access the agreed-upon items ("no-access"), may be subject to a trip fee to cover crew time and travel.
5. Access & Site Conditions
You are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to items being removed (e.g., unlocked gates, accessible garages, cleared pathways). Additional labor required for hard-to-access items (e.g., attics, tight stairwells, long carry distances) may increase the final price.
6. Prohibited Items
We do not accept hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, asbestos, medical waste, or flammable/explosive materials. We reserve the right to decline removal of any item that poses a safety, legal, or disposal-compliance risk.
7. Property & Liability
Our crew takes reasonable care to protect your property during service. You are responsible for identifying fragile flooring, walls, landscaping, or other conditions that require special care prior to the start of work. Empty Space Junk Removal is not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed to us in advance. Any damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Disposal Practices
Items removed are disposed of responsibly. Where possible, usable items are donated or recycled; remaining items are taken to licensed disposal facilities in accordance with applicable local and state regulations. Ownership of removed items transfers to Empty Space Junk Removal upon pickup, and we make no guarantees regarding the destination or use of any specific item.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empty Space Junk Removal's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific job in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your service governs that transaction.
